I am trying to upload a .csv file to Infusionsoft but it is not giving me the option to Match Fields. When I upload my list and click next, it skips over Match fields and Match Field Values (says N/A next to those options) and goes right to Email Marketing.
Any thoughts? Thanks!
Usually when that happens it’s because there’s a problem with the data on the sheet being imported (maybe a formatting issue). If you click “no” on the email permission page it should take you through to the “preview” area, and you can click through a few records and see how it’s formatting the data, and whether or not it’s being done properly. I’d take a look there and see if there are any clues.
