I have been using sidebar since it came out and had hopes the email tracking would at some point work. Inadvertently I sent an email from a personal email account in gmail and saw that the tracking worked. I have the tracking button showing in my 365 email at bottom but no logging in the sidebar notification box. Anyone have some insight?
