Need to clean my email list

Hi I.S. Community!

I have a list of leads that I’ve had for about a year. Is there a legitimate service that you can recommend that I can use to clean my email list of hard bounces, inactive emails etc., before I upload it into Infusionsoft?

We provide a personal hands on list cleaning service. There are automations out there like listcleaner.io, however.
