I have my account connected to Quickbooks but when leads come into Keap from Quickbooks then the lead’s status shows as “Non Marketable”. How do I stop this from happening, is there a setting I can change?
@Kara_Lanctot are you using APIs to pull that data? In that case, you are probably using the following API:
When you use the above API, you can pass in
opt_in_reason field filled, and that will put the email in MARKETABLE status going forward.
The usual QB integration has an option to optin new emails. If you’re using zapier, that too has an option to optin new emails. If you don’t set that option then it won’t be opted in and will be left as unmarketable.
