Hi, I uploaded a list of contacts that needed to be modified (resign date overwritten). Infusionsoft uploads, I match fields, click done and nothing happens. When I click “see list of updated contacts” there are none! What am I doing wrong?
Hi Pamela, the “modify existing records” feature only works if you include the ID for existing contacts on the sheet you’re importing (and match it up during the field matching step).
