I am creating a landing page to confirm customer data, but I need to show contacts’ details (fields in the merge menu) AND companies’ details (even because I have created some customized fields to be confirmed).

Unfortunately company custom fields are not accessible by the landing page builder (or email builder for that matter, or any part of campaign builder).
You could try www.theapiguys.com who have a pocket developer plugin that allows you to copy data around Infusionsoft, this can help in situations like this.
