Microsoft outlook and infusionsoft "plug in"

Have recently done and update in outlook and my infusionsoft is no longer linked.

I have:

  1. deleted it from my apps in setting and reinstalled but its still not working
  2. unregistered and re-registered again and its still not installed.

When I did manage to reinstall it, it goes through the normal processes but when I reboot outlook infusionsoft can not be found, even the “add in area” its not located.

Some assistance with this would be great. ASAP.
