I am almost at my limit for allowable contacts for my license. What does this actually mean? Can I no longer email my database? Can I no longer add contacts? Will they not be imported from my BigCommerce Store or Landing Pages?
Hi Tony (I don’t work for Infusionsoft, be aware) - you should be able to still send emails (unless you are over on that restriction to) - however you will get to a point where new contacts cannot be added to your system
Have you recently performed hygiene on your list (removing unsubscribers / duplicates) from the system, this will immediately open up contact space.
