Letters are generated in a campaign then run and opened in word after downloaded using chrome when the job shows up in the dashboard. When they open, Word warns me about the inherent hazards of opening them which I ignore by clicking enable. Then up pops the word document but the margins are not controllable in word except by manipulating the header and the footer in the word document. I cannot change the left and the right margin. I wonder if there is a setting anywhere in Infusionsoft where I can manage these margins prior to reaching the download point. I cannot find any way to adjust the margins when the letters were designed/edited within the individual campaigns. I cannot find any settings in the admin section anywhere so I can come up with my own default margins.-
