I would like to pull a list of customers that purchased in 2019 and create an email list. But I can’t figure out how to do that. Is there a way?
Hi Richard, so the first question has to be, how do you know who has purchased? Are you using e-com for example, or applying a tag?
Assuming that you have your sales inside Infusionsoft, you can go to ecommerce - reports - All sales report
put in the dates you are looking for (1-1-19 through 1-31-19)
That will pull up all sales that you have done for the year.
At the top of that list is a checkbox. Check that – it selects all of those contacts.
then, run the ‘actions’ and ‘apply tag’
create a tag of “Purchased 2019” and apply that.
Now everyone who purchased in 2019 is tagged and you can run whatever you want.
