Is there any way I can trigger an opt out from a campaign or action set?

We have a manage subscription webform which also offers the option to unsubscribe, however, apparently we can’t have an unsubscribe link on that form so we just tag them accordingly and then do a manual opt-out. I couldn’t figure a way to not do that opt-out manually, e.g. there is no such option in either campaign builder or action set or I just didn’t find it…

Any ideas how to automate this?

PlusThis has a feature that can automatically Unsubscribe a contact based on a tag or some goal having been achieved in a campaign. It will mark the contact as Admin Unsubscribed.
