I like the new InfusionSoft feature that enables synchronization with a Gmail account. But is there a way to delete an email on the InfusionSoft contact record? Or alternatively, is there a way to prevent InfusionSoft from syncing an individual email?
For example, if we send a mundane email to a contact (e.g. “thank you”); or a personal email that should not be published in a CRM for other users to see.
