When I click the link “Chat support 24/7,” instead of getting access to chat, I get a popup called “How to Chat with Support.” Which tells me to click the link I just clicked.
I see that people have had a similar problem in the past, without apparent resolution. A green chat button does not appear when I change screen view size.
