Internal Forms: Access Denied

Hey everyone,

Last week, users started receiving an Access Denied error message when trying to access internal forms. I had tightened up user permissions for being able to access and edit campaigns in the week before that, but I cannot figure out which user permission (if that is the issue) could be causing this.

It is most certainly due to user permissions but which ones would depend upon what the form includes information for.

Just curious as to whether or not you were able to narrow down which settings were causing this error. Infusionsoft’s chat support suggested 2 changes that didn’t seem to resolve the error.
