When I tested my email using an email testing service, apparently the only demerit I received was that the Infusionsoft server was listed in the SORBS-SPAM blacklist. What can we do to get this sorted out, so my email score is perfect, once more?
Contact support. They have a number of servers and I believe, at this time, it’s just the one. Emails rotate through sending from any one of them so everyone is viably affected. The more people that submit information about it the more likely it is to be addressed most quickly. I suspect, however, that IS has already been in touch with SORBS.
