Xml-RPC - Opt-in Email Status api - marking status as unconfirmed. I want to make it Marketable. How to do it using xml-rpc.

There are several statuses that indicate the contact can receive emails, however some, such as “Double-Opt In” can only be achieved by actions the contact takes.
To be clear, unconfirmed is marketable. that is your single optin status which is marketable. The double optin is a user confirmed condition but is not more marketable than unconfirmed.
