I want to update my custom fields in Keap but can’t. I read an article that shows how to open a contact’s record and remove them from there, but nothing about how to add or remove them across the board.
What I have found is that if you go into the contact and “add” the custom fields, that what you edit there is applied across the app. But as to deleting across the app it can only be done one at a time right now…
I would like to see them update the custom fields to be set up like tags in the settings.
