Hi all I’m very new to this. My client database is around schools in the UK. I have regularly had a low email response and low click rate, upon further investigation I found that the emails sent to schools I work with cannot see the images created in the email I have sent. This makes my emails look like spam mail. Is there a way around this problem as emailing with vibrant images is the main reason why I purchased InfusionSoft.
If they can’t see the images then it’s because of settings on the client email side not what you’re sending. You really don’t have a way to control what their email client’s settings do.
