Hi - is there any way to start an automation when an email is sent and recorded using the outlook plugin?
Something like adding a note to and/or tagging a contact when an email is sent.
I know you can start a sequence or add a tag manually - just want to avoid manual intervention as much as possible.
I also know the email is recorded and visible in “Recent Email History”, but as far as I know you cannot use this in campaign builder in any way (as an “email sent” campaign goal for example).
