If a client changes his credit card, how can I reactivate his payment plan?
My client still has some payment to do for the product he bought but after changing his credit card, it is automatic that the next payment will occur, or what should I do ? thanks!
Depends on how you set things up. It sounds like you just took the first payment and it’s not a subscription, so the only thing you can do is to send him a quote or invoice for the remaining balance and give them an option to pay it online or you can request payment details from them and manually process the payment.
