On export, identify with a mark of some type fields that are a combination of other fields. Example: Full Name is a combination of First Name and Last Name. Maybe add the word COMBO in front of it to identify. If you are pulling large amounts of columns in an export (to fix an issue and use as a reimport) it is easy to merge these combo field back in and create a duplicate entry - Phone number is a great example of that so the combo exported field would be called “COMBO Phone Number”.
