I cant seem to access certain areas of Infusionsoft that are being shown on the basic training videos and through the online University. I am not the main admin, is this the reason?
Yes, that’s the reason…your permissions don’t include access. You would need to let the app admin either add Admin as a User Group in your User settings or give you permission to access certain areas in your Permission settings, @Mark_Hogan.
Also @Mark_Hogan , some features may depend on the version of Infusionsoft that you have.
Can you share an example of something you are missing?
