How many campaigns do I build..?

Hi!
My quick add form has two radio options (type and product), one with 3 options (type) and one with 4 (product).
If I want all 12 options to use the same form, can I make 4 separate campaigns for each product, or do I have to put them all in the same campaign?

Neither and both lol… you can use the same campaign but use separate sequences that are decided by a decision diamond condition.
