I uploaded the PDF to “my files” and linked it to the email. However, when end users clicked on the link, it made them try and log in to Infusionsoft. Help!
Rather that put it in my files, you want to upload it into the ‘system’.
Open the email you want people to download it from, on the button/image/text link that you want them to click select file download. If the file is already in your system then you will see it in the dropdown, if not then choose upload new file, select it off your computer and et voila
