how do I send out an email on a contacts birthday?
Make sure you have their birthday in the birthdate field.
Set up a campaign with a Field Timer.
Set the Field Timer to run ‘on the birthdate at 8am’ - use Next Occurrence, not date in field.
Add your email behind that timer.
If you then trigger the campaign to restart, then it will go out every year.
