How do I save or export the data collected in InfusionSoft web form fields to a spreadsheet?

I’d really love to skip the data entry. How do we campaign to get this feature added in Keap?

You can recommend improvements and features at https://keap.com/tellus

It is possible to send that information to an endpoint that can continue to add lines to a csv file for you to download and use in excel but for the moment, that’s the only work around I could suggest.

You could add a fulfillment list that collects all the data and emails you a csv file. Just add the fulfillment object inside a campaign sequence that is connected to the web form, add all the fields you want to collect and then batch the job for x amount of days…so you could receive a csv file every week containing all the web form responses you’ve received.

Thank you, @John_Borelli. I’ll definitely do that!

Brilliant, @martinc! I’ll check it out and see if it’s a viable option for us.

@martinc, Shucks, looks like Fulfillment list won’t work as we have a lot of fields on the web form that are not a contact field (radio buttons, drop down lists, etc). Oh darn!

Can’t you map those fields to custom fields? Or is there some other component/part preventing that? That would allow you to add custom field information into your fullfillment reports.

Interesting. How do I map fields?

When you build the webform you can include the custom fields as fields to enter. When you do exports those fields are available as a csv file.

@John_Borelli I have requested the improvement, and we have been copying and pasting the email notifications of webforms. Do you know of a third party software that any Keap customers use to take the webform emails and turn them into csv files? Our webforms use more than fields attached to the contact records, so using Keap’s fulfilmment center tool is not possible.

Take a look at Parsey - https://parsey.com/ , that has the ability to parse out Emails.

Not sure about the CSV file action, you will have to ask them about that one.
