How do I put in a work request to fix something on my system? My system for months says “O” people unsubscribe from my emails. It is not reporting correctly.

Go to the known issues page first to see if it is something that is global:
https://knownissues.infusionsoft.com/
If so, click ‘report my app’ and add your info. That way they know u have the issue.
If that’s not it, go to live chat and discuss with them. If they can’t fix, they will put in a ticket.
