How do I filter a list of leads from newest/most engaged first to last?

When you do your saved search, go into the ‘edit criteria/columns’ and under the ‘columns’ area, you can set your search/order parameters at the bottom. There you can choose what field you want to use for sorting and whether it is ascending or descending.
I don’t believe that actual ‘engagement’ is listed, but they do have ‘last emailed’ and ‘last updated’ — or custom fields are avail so if you are updating last engagement somehow in a custom field you could choose that as a sort feature.
