How do I edit a field in a contact form that was created with a typo in it?

IS expert at HQ created a web form for me to sign up affiliates when I joined IS. Unbeknownst to me, one of the fields in a drop down menu in that form has a small typo in it. I need to figure out how to find that field and edit the drop down list of options.

Any ideas?

If it’s the field itself (not the label) then that would be where your custom fields are setup. Goto Admin -> Settings and to the right click the Go button. The field in question will be somewhere in the list of fields that should show up.

Thanks. I am seeing a listing of the general fields there for new customers but I cannot find the listing for the fields that IS specifically set up when they created the form for new affiliates. There must be another settings tab somewhere that will let me access all fields created for all forms on my site???
