How do I copy my emails from a campaign to the 2nd email?

Hi, My name is Esther and I am NEW, really NEWBIE! I need lots of help!
I have watched videos and I still don’t know where things are and how to get them done.
My 1st question is, how to I copy the names of my last campaign (which was the 1st) to the follow up email. I think I did it, but I am not sure if it got saved ( 2nd question)
3rd question, how to I save my work? I tried making an other campaign, but I don’t think I was able to save it… HELP!!!
