How do I connect a Thrivebox form to Infusionsoft?

I am trying to connect Wordpress to Infusionsoft via Thrive Theme ThriveBox. I have pasted the full HTML code into the Thrivebox form builder and it’s connected okay. But when I run the page and test it, I never get a new Active Contact in the Infusionsoft campaign contacts list. Is there something I am missing?

Hoping that I’m understanding, you’re looking in the campaign you’d like to see the contact enter and not finding it there?

I’d first be concerned with making sure the contact is saved in your app first, just to start at the beginning. Then, if it’s not entering the campaign then something is missing in terms of the goal you’re using to start the campaign with.

Try posting an image capture of the campaign in question?
