Right now, we have a 30-day delay then we create an order in the sequence. The problem is the future order does not show up in the forecast. We would like to add a promotion (subscription) with a 30 day free trial as part of the campaign.
Set up the action set the same way as you probably have now, but when setting up the action set just add a 30 day free trial as part of the subscription.

The subscription will show as active … not sure about the future billings and how they reflect, but if you are doing ‘cash forecast’ they should show, as those billings are scheduled to happen.
