Hi Folks :slight_smile:
I wanted to use Google Reviews unfortunately it won’t find my business on the settings options.

I have a My Google Business account already so clicking “Cannot find your business?” is irrelevant to my bc. it only gives me an option to create a new Business site on Google.

Is this due to the fact that my business is located in Germany and it searches only for American Business addresses?

Would appreciate the help :slight_smile:

I don’t think Keap has any influence of what Google identifies as a business in terms of area but it could be that they are detecting an American business (Keap) association with your German business connection. You may have to check how Google handles that digitally in terms of geographic recognition. I’m pretty sure that Keap doesn’t have any say in that.
