Hello,
in Germany we have gender specific salutations in our e-mails. So a Mr. or. Ms. is a big difference. It is very annoying for B2B customers, if you just call them by “Hello [First Name]”. Is there a way to collect the gender specific information with the Infusionsoft Plug-In for Wordpress?
The gender thing is a general problem in IS anyway. Any thought about this from others?
