Is it possible for a web form to create a contact and opportunity upon submission?

Yes. Just put a sequence behind the Web Form and set up whatever actions you want inside that sequence.

Thanks Jeff. I used Campaign builder to make this happen. The opportunity only lets you update stage and next action. Is there a way other fields (custom fields) can be auto updated when opp is created?
