Is there a way to fix the main toolbar at the top of the screen? I spend sooooo long scrolling back to the top of the screen to start a new task/search.

Use the home button on your keyboard. Click, bam, top of page.
Outside of that, this would be a thing that the InfusionSoft dev team would have to make. If you know a bit about javascript and html, you can create a userscript with tampermonkey or similar and change the menu position to fixed. If you don’t know about javascript and html, then this would be too much for you to figure out. If you do, just google userscript and you’ll see what it does.
