Figuring out total tax paid in a month

I charge sales tax and have to pay, to the state, the total sales tax collected each month, on a cash basis. The sales report separates sales tax, but not all sales are paid in the month sold. The payment report shows total paid (fee plus sales tax). I can’t be the only one using Infusionsoft that needs to know how much sales tax was collected each month in order to make the payment to the state. Does anyone know how to get that sales tax number from Infusionsoft?

As an developer partner, I can think of a set of queries and calculations I can run via the API to pull this number - but that would require custom development and probably a separate portal for pulling this report as opposed to getting the number directly from Infusionsoft.

Does anyone have an answer that doesn’t involve API work?
