False Hard Bounce Status in InfusionSoft

Has anybody had experience with False Hard Bounces in InfusionSoft?


Probably a soft bounce that was resent later, then opened/clicked. No way to know for sure without having Support access server logs and pull all the server responses for those email addresses.

Ken, I’ve had a couple of occasions in which I’ve had hard bounces from one of my own email accounts. Twice that I know of.
And before anyone asks, yes they were hard bounces and yes the account was active and receiving mail at the times it happened. The account was also with the same ISP as my other accounts.
I have no idea why or why, but sure would like to.
