Failed to create campaign using opt-in form on 2 websites

I have 2 websites with opt-in form, when creating a campaign for each site a campaign stops working, I get the error:

An error caused one of your Campaigns to stop functioning properly. Details of the issue are provided below.

Affected Campaign: Automatic Funnel
Broken Goal: WordPress Opt-In
Error: Wordpressoptin.deleted

Can opt-in form be used on 2 websites and create a campaign without having this error?
