Extremely slow to navigate and upload

No matter what we’re working on whether we are entering or completing tasks, mass uploads even of 55 or less contacts, the system is moving extremely slow. We’re all working remotely and have been for nearly 6 weeks and this is the worst it’s been .
Working via a VPN connection or direct doesn’t seem to make any difference.
Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After three (3) years, has anyone noticed that KEAP is still slow? Took me 30 seconds just to log in, another 30 secs to look someone up.
