Over the past few weeks, I have several clients that rely on getting my emails. They are not getting them and they’re not in their junk mail. Anyway I can verify the email was sent other than the reports? My report says they got the email but didn’t open, they’re saying they never received the email.
I believe Infusionsoft has a way to check this in their email server logs. It may be difficult to get a support rep who will do the leg work to create the ticket and escalate it and not just say “blah blah blah…” but I do believe they have the ability to.
