I want to be ablle to track and be immediatley notified when an email is opened, similar to an app like Yesware. I can use Yesware with my Outlook, but then there is not any record in Infusionsoft. I suppose there is not really a history of the email interaction once it leaves Infusionsoft anyway. How are you managing or what are you using for this?
