Email originating from KEAP going to Junk folder

We switched to Office 265 in the spring. Since then, the majority of my notifications and emails originating from our Keap account are going to Junk mail. This includes e-blasts and forms.

I am sure that if they are going to my junk folder, many of our recipients are experiencing the same thing. Has Keap been black-listed? Is there something I can do to prohibit this from occurring both on my end and in Keap? (I’ve created rules and marked as not junk).

Thanks!

We’ve started seeing the same thing right around the time the throttling started.

No reply yet from Keap. Anyone else experiencing “unverified sender” labels in Outlook (and other email platforms) applied to emails sent from KEAP? Any work around or is KEAP doing anything to resolve this?
