When clicking “View entire history” button on client page nothing happens, no drop down with date range range options…help please
It comes up in a pop-up window. Maybe you have a pop-up blocker or something else preventing it from displaying?

Your assuming the drop down here. It’s not a drop down. Meaning the popup is the method in place here and if you’re using blocking for popups you won’t see that. Saying “other” drop downs work just fine, while true, doesn’t say anything because THIS one is NOT a drop down.
