Hi I am Victor Napier new to Infusionsoft. I have a free ebook and individuals are ordering off FB. Is there a way I can collect these emails in a separate file fold/contact list besides my general contact list?
Hi Victor, good question.
All contacts in Infusionsoft are stored in the same section, but you can segment and organize them using Tags.
Tags can be automatically applied when contacts take certain actions, so in this case, you’d want to create a tag for “Ebook Requested”, or something similar - and then apply it automatically when someone requests your ebook.
