Email can't be received by the Subscribers....(Confused now)

Got surprised problems…
Already Spent 6 hours of energy to figure this issue. back n’ forth.

PROBLEM:

Any email from either Campaign or Broadcast feature cannot be sent to the contacts.
(Report show 0 Email sent…but campaign can be run though)
(Broadcast will be shown as in “Queue” Status forever, can be canceled, can’t be deleted.)

Especially when creating a Broadcast, “Send Now” or “Sent on specific time” all those selections are prohibited for an unknown reason. (Cursor shows a prohibition icon)

HOWEVER:
I can send email manually from the Contact’s email tab. There is no issue.

ADDITIONAL ISSUE:
How can I remove a Broadcast? Seems No way to edit or delete…

If you are a new customer you must watch out…

Full Business Address is required to have your campaign email sending out.

I think all Legacy Infusionsoft users won’t have that issue since you guys don’t have a broken new interface.

All the new Infusionsoft Users who got into the brand new Interface will have this problem because I never receive any notification of why Email not sent because of missing business address.

YOU MUST HAVE A FULL BUSINESS ADDRESS… NEW INTERFACE AT THIS MOMENT WON’T TELL YOU IF THAT IS MISSING.

Forwarded the issue from the chat, hopefully, Dev team will make all business address fields REQUIRED before users can be able to save it.
