We are attempting to use Movable Ink content codes within our emails but are running into an issue when we add any Movable Ink URL into the code source of an email (images are fine). We are getting an error message that says there is something wrong the inputed code. We believe this may be some sort of whitelisting issue. Does Infusionsoft have to whitelist URLs that are added to emails and if so, can you please share the steps to achieve this? If you need any more information please reach out to email@example.com.
Hi Gina, Are you using the HTML Block in the email and this is where you are seeing the error? Can you post a screenshot of what you see?
