We are attempting to run detailed sales and forecasting reports but seem to be lacking all the specific data in one place. Is it possible to download all the data with InfusionSoft fields so we can customize a report offline? Thanks for your help.
You can select all your contacts in your contact list and then with the ‘actions’ button do an export where you will be able to export what fields you select.
There is also a service available from NovakSolutions to mirror your Infusionsoft data in a MySQL database so that you can run custom reports off of it. More info at Data Warehouse — Novak Solutions
