Does InfusionSoft have the Ability to work with NICE Incontact

I would like to integrate our CRM with our Phone system so that when Incoming calls come in the contact information is pulled through API from InfusionSoft and displays on the softphone our representatives use. Ideally, it would display the name, email and even a hyperlink to the contact’s account.
