Does anyone know how to rename your IFS account link to follow your business name instead of a #?

That is an old feature that, as far as I know, is no longer available.
John is correct. A long time ago there was the ability for vanity application names, but over time, it became a problem when the company names would change, because we can’t change them. This is why we went to Application IDs.
